Kathleen Hogan is the Chief People Officer at Microsoft and is instrumental in shaping the cultural transformation of the company for a mobile and cloud-based system. She joined the company in the year 2003 in the position of Worldwide Field Operations and Customer and Partner Experience. She is a member of the Puget Sound affiliate of Susan G. Komen Board of Directors for the Cure and the Technology Services Industry Association   

Prior to working with Microsoft, Kathleen used to work with Oracle Corp and McKinsey & Co. At Microsoft, she has served in the position of Microsoft Services- Corporate Vice President, and as the Customer Service and Support- Corporate Vice President for the best-in-class customer service and technical support for the Microsoft products and services.
