Francine Biddulph is currently incumbent as the Senior Vice President & Head Human Resources with HSBC. She handles Singapore as well as the Australia region of HSBC and is instrumental in motivation, growth, and development of teams. She has a vast Financial Services experience of more than 25 years which includes services in the public as well as private sectors. She is a degree in administration from AGSM which she earned while working with Westpac where she was the HR Head of Consumer Bank.

Prior to working with HSBC, Francine worked at YWCA NSW located at Sydney as the Director, at Australian Securities & Investment Commission as the HR Director, and at National Mutual as the HR Consultant. She has a robust expertise and an established record of effective management of the people change events and handling different people challenges.
