Jeanne Phillips is currently presiding as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Genesis Healthcare. She joined the company in the year 2004 as the Vice President, Risk Management. In the current role, she has been instrumental in the overall responsibilities of the human resources management such as talent acquisition, risk management, employee relations, compensation, safety programs, talent management, employee communications, engagement, labor relations, benefits, and talent development.

Prior to working with Genesis Healthcare, Jeanne used to work with Integrated Health Services in the positions of portfolios related to the portfolio of executive management.
