Ellen Wilson serves as Executive Vice President of Human Capital at UnitedHealth Group since June 2013. She was also appointed in November 2014 to the Office of the Chief Executive. She oversees human resources department and its different aspects like leadership development, compensation, talent management, rewards and recognitions, benefits, and organization development.

Prior to working with UnitedHealth Group, Wilson used to work with Optum in the position of chief administrative officer supervising the important responsibility of critical cultural programs and efficient business alignment of the company. Before joining Optum, she served at Fidelity Investments for 17 long years where she completed her tenure as the head of Human Resources
