Sonya Reed presently presides as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Phillips 66. She is also currently serving as the member of the Executive Leadership Team of the company. She has over 20 years of experience handling international human resources.

Prior to working with Phillips 66, Sonya used to work with General Cable in the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer where she was responsible for driving and providing a major boost to the global people agenda, compensation strategy, design, and leadership succession planning. Even before that, she was serving with the Zurich Financial Services in the position of commercial underwriter where she worked for over 14 years.
