Aileen Tan is presently incumbent as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Singtel (Singapore Telecom) Group. She joined the Singtel Group in June 2008, as the Group Director, Human Resources. She is in charge of the human resources growth and development across the Singtel Group as well as in authority of its corporate sustainability function.

Formerly, she used to work in the position of the Group General Manager, Human Resources at WBL Corporation Limited and prior to that, she has served in Abacus International Pte. Ltd as the Vice President, Centers of Excellence. She also currently resides in the position of Chairperson of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency’s National HR Professional Certification Taskforce and Home Nursing Foundation Board and the Media Literacy Council member. Besides, the Ministry of Manpower’s HR Sectoral Tripartite Committee is co-chaired by her.
