Joyce Westerdahl is currently presiding as the Executive Vice President, Human Resource, Oracle. She has been instrumental in the progressive roadmap of the human resources modernization and taking the company to the best-in-class technology innovation. She transformed the company from one with manual processing to one with a self-service model based on the web. She supervised the streamlining of the human resources processes with the implementation of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) which helped in massive acquisition strategy of over 100 companies.

Westerdahl began her career with Oracle in the year 1990 and has since then held many positions of different portfolios. She has been participating in the mentoring of young women for over 15 years now and also helps students in acquiring important skills relevant to the job industry through the Oracle Education Foundation and the Oracle Academy. Moreover, she is also currently serving as the Oracle Women’s Leadership program (OWL) - Executive Director.
