Steve Pelch is currently acting as the Senior Vice President, Human Resource with Emerson. In this position, he is responsible for the leadership development, senior executive recruitment, MBA graduate recruitment, and succession planning programs. He started working with the company in the year 1987 at the Fischer Controls business. He has held many positions related to roles and responsibilities of the leadership and management such as Singapore- based Emerson’s Fisher Controls Asia business- Vice President and General Manager and Emerson Process Management- Vice President.

Pelch also currently presides on the boards of directors for different associations such as Greater St. Louis-based Junior Achievement and St. Louis-based Ronald McDonald House Charities.
