Dermot J. O’Brien is at present incumbent as the ADP’s Corporate Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. He joined ADP in the year 2012. He has also volunteered over the years as a teacher with Junior Achievement- the position in which he teaches the fundamentals of financial literacy to children.
Mr. O’Brien founded the Human Resource-50 Group which is an invitation-only, knowledge-sharing, and thought-leadership group and consists of topmost chief human resource officers from the most reputed companies in the world. He has also founded the Personnel Round Table which comprises of senior HR executives of Fortune 500 and the Center for Executive Succession Advisory Board, an organization which works for firms to improve their executive succession practices efficiency.
