John M. Steele is serving at present as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, HCA Holdings based in Nashville, Tennessee. The company is the reputed healthcare provider services. He is instrumental in the company for compensation, recruitment, benefits, labor relations, employee relations, human resources administration, and employee development. He joined the company as the Assistant Vice President of recruitment division and had the responsibilities of corporate recruiting. He got promoted to the position of Recruitment and Compensation- Vice President.
