Karen Parkin is presently the Chief Human Resources Officer with the Adidas Group. Prior to working with the Adidas Group, she used to work as a teacher and then she joined the business world in the year 1989. She served in different positions in the sales sector with Lego and Hasbro.

She began working with the company in 1997 as Adidas UK- Sales Director where she was incumbent as the Customer Service- Head and Business Development- Director. Later on, she became the Business Development- Vice President for Adidas America and then as Supply Chain North America- Vice President. During this period, she helped the successful implementation of the Spartanburg, South Carolina- based new Distribution Centre. Moreover, she has also served as the Global Supply Chain- Senior Vice President based in Herzogenaurach which is the Group’s headquarters and the headquarters of Adidas America based in Portland, Oregon.
