Richard Taylor is an SVP and Director of HR at Intel. He oversees all HR policies and programs for Intel across the globe.
Taylor started his career at Intel as the European audit manager. Thereafter, he was in the UK as the finance manager, controller for Europe, controller for mobile computing group and the director of operations for the entire European continent. He was promoted in 1998 to corporate controller level and he became the global employee services delivery head.
Taylor was with Mobil Oil Corporation before he joined Intel, prior to which he was an audit manager with Deloitte and Touche from 1976 to 1981.
