Murali Kuppuswamy is the Vice President- Human Resources of Baker Hughes. With 30 plus years of rich HR management experience under his belt, he has been serving as the HR vice president role for Baker Hughes from 2011 in Europe, Africa, and Russia Caspian, including the prestigious Global Products and Services organization. Murali worked at GE from 1993 to 2011, having held several positions in India as well as the US. This included the HR leadership function for General Electric’s Global Technology Organization, HR leadership roles for GE in the US and India, besides numerous Sales and Manufacturing Quality operational functions. He had earlier worked with the Tata Group and RPG in India.
He is also deeply involved with nonprofit organizations which provide access to good education for underprivileged children, both in India as well as the US.
