Kim Hauer is presently the Vice President of Caterpillar Inc. - the position in which she is responsible for the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Human Services Department. She is instrumental in leading HR professional’s teams with the facilities and organizations spread throughout Africa, Europe, Americas, and the Middle East.
Kim acts as the Caterpillar representative on the Board of Directors at the HR Policy Association and on the Board of Governors at the American Health Policy Institute. She is presently also serving as the Board of Trustees member to the Children’s Home Association of Illinois, a member of the Board of Governors of the Creve Coeur Club and its Executive Committee member and a Great Rivers Partnership trustee. Moreover, in both the years -2014 and 2015, she has served as the American Red Cross Heartland Heroes Program co-chair.
