Cindy Springsteel is presently incumbent as the Vice President, Global People Resources, Adobe Systems. In this role, she is responsible for contributing HR solutions to over 9,000 employees of Adobe globally and managing international teams of HR business associates together who help in the implementation of business growth strategies. Under her tenure at the Adobe Systems, the company accomplished the enlisting in the 2012 Fortune Magazine’s- Best 100 Companies to Work for.   

Prior to working with Adobe Systems, Springsteel used to work with The Santa Cruz Operation, SGI, and Pyramid Technology. She has a robust experience of motivating and engaging global human resources. She has a thorough grasp of cultural differences, employment knowledge, and customized solutions for extensive business growth that comes from her time and work she has done in Asia and Europe.
