Jayne Parker is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Disney. She has been in this position since September 2009 and she started working with Disney in the year 1988. She completely changed the face of the company with over 20 years of working with it in positions such as Director and Manager of the Disney University.
Prior to working with Disney, Jayne used to work at Wilson Learning Corporation in the position of consultant where she was instrumental in designing and development of management development seminars and media-based programs for education and evaluation. The International Television & Video Association had awarded her products at first and second ranks.
