Tim Massa is presently incumbent as the Group Vice President, Human Resources and Labor Relations, with the Kroger Company. He is instrumental in the Succession Planning, Labor Relations, Talent Development, Performance Management, Recruiting, Organization Design, Learning, and Development. He joined the company in the year 2010.

Prior to working with the Kroger, Tim used to work with Procter & Gamble for over 21 years in various leadership positions of human resources which comprise of 9 relocations across the territory of the USA and a period of 3 years that he spent in Central Europe. He has extensive knowledge and robust experience in Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, and Strategy Development.
