Ben Lawrence is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Wesfarmers Limited which he joined in February 2008. He serves as the non-executive director of Red Dust which works on indigenous wellness and health and the Wunan Foundation which works on the improvement of Aboriginal employment, education, and accommodation in the region of East Kimberley.

Prior to working with Wesfarmers, Ben used to work with Foster’s Group Limited as the Chief Human Resources Officer, with Beringer Wine Estates as the Chief Human Resources Officer, with the Clorox Company as the Vice President International Human Resources, and with the FMC Gold Company as the Director Human Resources.
