Judy Zagorski is presently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, BASF Corporation.  She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the company and is instrumental for various human resources functionalities in North America which comprise of compensation, talent management, benefits, organizational development, leadership, inclusion, labor relations, and diversity. She brings to table an extensive experience with robust strategy, culture change, and business transformation international multi-national companies which work in the field of professional services, industrial/commercial, and consumer goods.

Judy is also currently acting as a member of the Human Resources Planning Society, BASF Foundation Board of Directors, SHRM, the Hackett Advisory Council. Prior to working with BASF Corporation, she has served Mars snack foods division, Honeywell, and KPMG in various leadership positions in human resources.
