Jay L. Kloosterboer is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Dover Corporation. He is serving in this position since May 2011. He has earlier served as the Human Resources- Vice President with the company from 2009 to 2011.

Prior to working with the Dover Corporation, he has worked with The Aes Corporation as the Business Excellence- Executive Vice President. He served as an Executive Vice President of Business Excellence at The AES Corporation. With the same company, he has worked as the Business Excellence- Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since 2003 and as the Corporate Business Excellence Head since 2005. His experience also counts various assignments with General Electric and Morgan Stanley.
