Jacqueline DeMaria is currently working as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Western Digital since November 2015. He joined the company in July 2005 and has previously served as the Global Human Resources- Senior Vice President and as the Human Resources- Vice President.

Prior to working with Western Digital, Jackie used to work with Earth Tech which is a Tyco International subsidiary in the position of Senior Vice President- Human Resources since April 2004, with Overture in the position of Chief People Officer since January 2001, with North America-based Mitsubishi Motors in the position of Human Resources- Vice President since October 1997, with Southern California Edison in different senior human resources roles, and with Orange County United Way in the position of a member of the Board of Directors
