Julie Weber is currently serving as the Vice President, Human Resource, Southwest Airlines- the position in which she is responsible for leading different human resources aspects such as opportunities for personal growth, learning, and development, packages with attractive benefits, and effective leadership. With the same company, she has earlier worked as Senior Director of People and Director of Employment. 

Julie has more than 20 years of experience in handling domestic and international human resources. She started her career with Dallas-based Babich and Associates after which she served Solv Software (Now a part of Oracle) in the position of Human Resources- Vice President between the years 2000 and 2006.
