Jennifer Ashley is presently incumbent as the Global Director, Human Resources, CBRE. In the current position, she has been instrumental in the overall human resources operations for over 70,000 employees related to employee relations, staffing, training, recruitment, professional development, benefits, diversity, and compensation. She has earlier served the company in various positions like Human Resources- Senior Vice President where she was in charge of human resources functions in the US and as the senior member of the CBRE’s team of human resources for New York Tri-State region. While she was in the Enterprise Management Group, she handled the business development strategies.
Prior to working with CBRE, Jennifer used to work with SBS International which is a Boeing Company in different portfolios of diverse roles and responsibilities like Sales and Marketing, Human Resources- Director as well as Marketing and Service, Sales- Senior Director. She has also worked with Chief Executive Leadership Institute in the position of the Research and Administration- Vice President and with Andersen Consulting in the position of the Change Management Consultant.
