Jerome Tixer is the Executive Vice President- Human Resources, L'Oréal. He joined the company in the year 1980 and handled the Department of Internal Audit establishment. He used to work with Biotherm in the sales department as well as the Professional Products Division. Later on, he served in two positions both with France- Finance and Administration Director and General Manager of Kerastase.

Jerome joined the human resources in the year 1990 and in 1993 became the Professional Products Division- Human Resources Head. In the year 1999, he got appointed as the Consumer Products Division Human Resources Director. He became the President Advisor in the year 2007 on questions related to governance and then served as the Executive Vice President for Human Resources while serving as the Chairman Advisor.
