Simon Davis is the current Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Johnson Controls. His primary responsibilities include establishing efficient people strategy, best-in-class compensation and benefits, excellent talent acquisition and retention, and robust leadership. He currently also presides as the Milwaukee Urban League Chair and on the board of the Milwaukee Public Museum.

Simon has worked in different roles and responsibilities with the present company such as Talent Strategy and Organizational Excellence- Vice President and other similar leadership roles for various business units in Michigan and the United Kingdom. He has an experience of over 10 years in the business of Power Solutions business, 5 years in the business of Automotive Experience, and 5 years in the industry of talent strategist and human resources.
