Anne started working with Avery Dennison Corporation from April 2007 and is presently incumbent with the organization in the position of the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She is in charge of providing complete leadership, organizational development, training, performance management, benefits, compensation, employee relations, staffing, affirmative action/diversity, employee relations, and HRIS. The marketing communications and global communications organizations of the company report to her.

Prior to working here, she worked as the Head of Human Resources for Chiron Corporation which is based in Emeryville, California and is a multi-billion biotech company. She also served at Baxter Healthcare for 13 years in the position of Head, Global Human Resources, Bioscience Division. She started her professional career with a big British retailer- John Lewis Partnership.
