Abdulaziz Al-Oudan is currently incumbent as the Executive Vice President, Human Resource at SABIC. Before his tenure in this position, he presided as the General Manager, Global Talent Management and earlier to that he served in the position of the General Manager, HR Middle East, and Africa.
With SABIC, Al-Oudan has a long work relationship with a career spanning over 20 years where he has served in different senior positions and catered to important roles and responsibilities that require great expertise and extensive knowledge base. The positions range from Director, Global Information Technology Business Partnership to Director, Global Information Technology Center of Excellence. He assisted the establishment of the very first department of Business Process Management at SABIC. He has been part of many important projects prior to holding these positions in which he had played instrumental roles. Some of these are - the FANAR business transformation project in which he served as the Corporate IT Strategy & Planning Leader, SAP Financial Controlling Consultant and the Baan business transformation project in which he presided as the Finance Team Lead.
