Felicia J. Fields is incumbent at present as the Group Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Services, The Ford Motor Co. At this position since 2008, she manages the HR capabilities like talent management, leadership and professional development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and organization development. She reports to the Ford President and CEO- Mark Fields.
Fields is also the member of the Inforum Center for Leadership Board, a former member of the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) Board of Directors, and the Governance Committee Vice Chair. She is Corporate America’s Most Powerful Women in Black Enterprise and Automotive News Leading Women of the North American Automotive Industry for the year 2015.
