Francine Katsoudas is presently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Cisco. The YWCA Silicon Valley Tribute to the Women Selection Committee named her as the 2014 TWIN Honoree. Prior to working with Cisco, she used to work in different roles and responsibilities related to the industries of professional services and finance with a special focus on the operations and customer services.
At Cisco, Katsoudas has served a diverse portfolio of different roles and responsibilities such as managing organizational strategy, elevating team performance, promoting operational effectiveness, innovative leadership, and improving the overall performance of the company.
