Kevin Walling is presently the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Hershey Company. He is instrumental in enterprise talent management, organizational design, programs for inclusion and diversity, total rewards strategies, and employee engagement.

Prior to working with The Hershey Company, Kevin has worked with Marconi Corporation plc.in human resources function, with Kennametal Inc. in the position of roles of human resource operations and strategy in 60 countries, with Acclaim Entertainment in the position of human resources, and with PepsiCo. In management roles. Moreover, currently, he also works as a member of the board of directors of many associations such as the Lancaster Country Day School and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. He is also an HR50 member and the HR Policy Association member. Earlier, he used to also serve as the State of Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board.
