Kirstin Furber is the present HR Director of the BBC Worldwide. Earlier, she has served as the Human Resources- Senior Vice President since May 2010 and as People Director since January 2013. She is responsible for the organizational development, talent management, learning, training, resourcing, culture, reward, employee relations, and engagement.

Prior to working with BBC Worldwide, Kirstin used to work with the Twentieth Century Fox, Europe as the Executive HR Director and with the Discovery Channel as the International Human Resources- Vice President- a position she served for 7 years. She has also established the HR Consulting and Coaching Company owned by herself. She has gained CIPD Fellowship and accreditation as a coach.
