Bobbi Silten is presently serving as the Executive Vice President, Global Talent and Sustainability at GAP Inc. She is responsible for human resources, government affairs, social and environmental sustainability of the corporate communications and the Gap Foundation. She has been working with GAP Inc. since 2005 in roles and responsibilities which were required to oversee the global employee volunteer programs, youth first jobs, global community investment, and women’s advancement.

She has also presided as the White House Council member for Community Solutions which offered important advice to President Obama. She has founded with some other members- a volunteerism initiative called Reimagining Service which is a national five-year cross-sector drive and served as its chair till 2014. Earlier she has worked with Levi Strauss & Co.
