Tracy Keogh currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at HP. She has been instrumental in the workforce development, benefits, information management, compensation, organization effectiveness, staffing, diversity, HR processes, and global inclusion. Currently, she also serves as the board member of the HR Policy Association and Anita Borg Institute and as the Cornell University-based Advisory Board Chair of the Cornell Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS).
Prior to working with HP, Tracy used to work with Hewitt Associates in the position of Human Resources- Senior Vice President; with Bloomberg LP in different positions of financial data, analytics provider, and news; and with Analog Devices in the position of Human Resources- Vice President. She was featured by Evanta as one of the Breakaway Leader in Human Resources.
