Chen Jianzhou presides as the Senior Vice President, Human Resource, ZTE Corporation. He is responsible for the human resources, quality control, and processes of the company.

He joined the ZTE Corporation in the year 1995 to be employed in a number of positions in research, development, and technical support. With the same company, he has worked in many positions such as Head-Human Resources Centre, Head- ZTE Academic Institute, Assistant to the President- Architecture and Processes, Head- Human Resources Centre, Head- ZTE Academic Institute, Senior Vice President, and Supervisor. He is very experienced in the telecommunications as well as the management industry.
