France M. Gingras is presently serving as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, S&P Global- the position in which she is in charge of the employee engagement and development initiatives and manages the Total Rewards Center of Excellence. She is a member of the McGill University’s Faculty of Management- the Global Strategy & Leadership Expert Panel. 

Prior to working with S&P Global, Gingras served for 13 years at Time Warner where she last occupied the position of Compensation and Benefits Head with Time Inc.- the magazine publisher. She also served at New York and Montreal offices of Mercer Consulting as an Executive Compensation Consultant and at McGill University- the Faculty of Management as the International Project Manager and HR Business Partner.
