Hamidah Naziadin is the Group Chief People Officer at the CIMB Group and is instrumental in the industrial relations, organizational design, engagement & employer branding, workforce planning, recruitment, human resources services, performance management & rewards, culture building & talent management, learning & development comprising also the Commerce Leadership Institute. She is also the reporting manager of the human resources heads of the respective countries.   

Hamidah has 29 years of vast experience in the industry of financial and human resources of which over 25 years is the duration she has devoted to the CIMB Group. She has supervised the transformation of the Human Resource Department from the functionalities of administration into a key enabler of the strategic business partner and the major boost to the CIMB growth and success.
