Jacqueline R. Williams-Roll is currently working as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human resources Officer, General Mills. In this position, she handles the worldwide human resources and is instrumental in people development and organizational strategies that have helped in the transformation of General Mills. She joined the company in the year 1995 in various leadership roles related to the Human Resources in functionalities of Finance, Supply Chain, Organization Effectiveness, and Marketing. She has worked mostly for the businesses based out of the USA such as the Switzerland-based assignment in which she was responsible for the human resources management for countries like North Africa, Middle East, and Europe. She has also served as the Human Resources- Vice President for the international division.    

Prior to working with the General Mills, she used to work with Jenny Craig International in the portfolio of sales and management. She is also presently serving as the member of the Center on Executive Compensation, the Human Resources Policy Association, the Twin Cities Human Resources Executive Council, and the GMA Human Resources Council.
