Nancy leads Ernst & Young’s Talent vertical and more importantly, on how EY delivers to its people, it promises. At EY, she also leads initiatives to build a great experience for its 230, 000 people, across functions – recruitment to training and coaching and is also instrumental in their CSR and volunteering efforts.
Since joining EY in 1990 in New Haven, Nancy has served a variety of clients in Tech, Consumer products and insurance across the US. She was made audit partner in 1994 and was the Global Service Partner for EY’s largest global accounts.
In her career, she has held numerous roles - Managing Partner, Assurance and Advisory Business Services - Northeast, Managing Partner, North America Assurance & Advisory Area Practices, National Director of Human Resources for the Assurance and Advisory Practice.
Nancy is on the Board of Trustees at Fairfield University and serves as the Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee.
