Russ Hagey is presently incumbent as the Senior Vice President, Human Resource, Bain & Co. In the current position, he is instrumental in the talent acquisition, professional development, training, and other human resources functions of the company. He is also responsible for the efficient handling of the consumer products, high technology, retail, wholesale trade, and distribution.

He currently also serves as the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation Chair, LA's BEST- Board of Directors, and the Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games. Russ has been named by the Forbes magazine as one of the best Chief Human Resources Officer in the year 2015 and as one of the top consultants by the Consulting Magazine in the 2007 survey.
