Lisa Bisaccia is credited with the HR direction in her current occupancy which includes management of benefits budget of billions of dollars. A strong believer in the power of HR to restructure the global strategy of a company, she brings with her over 30 years of experience. Not limited to a single responsibility, she serves as a member of the National Board of Governors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Board of Directors- Aramark Corporation.   

She has been a human resources leader for more than three decades, presently as the Executive VP and CHRO of CVS Health. She has driven multiple strategic initiatives such as improved employee engagement and experience, redesigned health benefits for all employees, and the launch of enterprise-wide talent management and leadership development systems. She earned her BA in Modern Languages from Trinity College and her MBA from the University of Connecticut.
