A superwoman in the true sense, Kimberly J. Brycz was named as one of the 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry by Automotive News. Brycz is heading the HR function at GM as the senior vice president, Global Human Resources. Her dexterity in creating impactful enterprise-wide employee engagement systems, a sustainable framework for talent development and a support mechanism for strategic planning is widely acclaimed. She is steering two GM’s employee resource groups and is fervently contributing to the executive boards for the GM Asian Connections and GM Women Group. Brycz has been GM’s executive champion sponsor for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer initiative.
