A part of Morgan Stanley for over three decades now, Jeff Brodsky has held various senior positions in the HR domain at this time. Along with being the CHRO, he is also a member of the Operating Committee and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Culture, Values and Conduct Committee. With time, his responsibilities have grown to encompass the generalist teams, talent areas, and compensation and benefits areas. He serves on the Safe Horizon Board of Directors and is a former member of the Advisory Board of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He holds a BS in accounting from Binghamton University.
