Leah Stark has over two decades of experience in global HR, having previously served a decade-long stint at Whirlpool Corporation. As Executive VP and CHRO at Anthem, Inc, she advances talent and performance for its 64,000 associates, looking into matters such as strategy, talent management, learning and development, total rewards, and diversity and inclusion. Along with this, she is an Advisory Board Member at the Michigan State University School of Human and Labor Relations. She has a BA in Psychology from Lee University and a Master’s in Human Resources & Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
