Kathleen Wilson-Thompson is currently incumbent as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. Prior to working in this position, she used to serve as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the company since the year 2010. Previously, she has also served as the Human Resources- Senior Vice President of the Kellogg Company between 2005 and 2009.  

She is also a member of the boards of Tesla and Ashland Global Holdings Inc, and of a number of not-for-profit community organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science and the Arts; Doctor of Law (JD) and Master of Laws, Corporate and Finance LLM from Wayne State University Law School.
