Stephen R Fussell believes that HR professionals are stewards of the most valuable resources of a company – its people. According to him, the most successful and enduring companies of the world have the HR teams helping its leaders to find and develop talent, align human capital around important business priorities, and celebrate and sustain the achievements of the company. He has led HR at Abbott since 2005, and is also an author and speaker on a wide variety of subjects, along with serving as a guest lecturer at Cornell and Northwestern. He holds a BS from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
