A sparkling career spanning over two decades and a detail-oriented approach give Cheryl Johnson the impervious platform she needs to lead HR functions at Caterpillar Inc. She has gathered multi-functional experience in her extensive career, having worked in human resources, marketing and sales, and finance disciplines within several industries and diverse business models.
