He oversees all global human resources, payroll, aviation, security operations, and corporate services at Archer Daniel Midland Company. He works to create high-performing teams driving extraordinary results and competitive advantage, leveraging his comprehensive entrepreneurial experience to enhance business strategy and drive growth. He was inducted as a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources in 2016, a distinction that till that time had been conferred only upon 163 individuals since 1992.
