He has a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising, communications and media from the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and an MS in Organizational Policy from Columbia University in the City of New York. With an intense work portfolio that includes names like PepsiCo., Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan, Marchand has risen through ranks in over 30 years of his sojourn with human resources.  He is the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Charter Communications.
