For Dane E Holmes, his main responsibility at his job is about one thing above all else – unleashing the potential of the people at his company for the benefit of the company, its clients, its shareholders and the communities where they live. He currently serves as the Executive VP and Global Head of Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs, and he has worked in four different divisions – Human Capital Management, the Executive Office, Investment Banking and Finance. He is Secretary to the Board of Directors of StoryCorps and a Trustee on the Board of Directors of the Ron Brown Scholar Program. He has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Columbia College, Columbia University.
