In a career spanning more than three decades, Lucien Alzari has held various positions of responsibility at leading companies, with roles in human resources and corporate responsibility. Presently the Executive VP and CHRO of Prudential Financial, he has served in similar positions at AP Moller-Maersk, Avon Products Inc, Maras Confectionery, and PepsiCo Inc. He is also a fellow and director of the National Academy of Human Resources, a founding member of HR50, and chair-elect of the board of advisors of the Center for Executive Succession at the University of South Carolina.
